Refund policy

At Beauty Shop By N we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy.

Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days of receiving the returned product(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

1 .Replacement of same product & shade will be issued, Change of mind or shade or product is not applicable for repalcement.

2 . . To help us process your claim smoothly, we kindly request that you record a brief video while opening the package to serve as proof of the damage.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

- The product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- The product is returned within 6 days of delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
